I thought my 27 page bill was enormous, but there are plenty of others with quite larger bills - some up to 300 pages that arrive in boxes. I thought I was going to have to hassle with changing this but it turns out AT&T has fixed it for everyone. I just got a text from them:
AT&T free msg: We are simplifying your paper bill, removing itemized detail. To view all detail go to att.com/mywireless. Still need full paper bill? Call 611.
